Paul R. Baudisch - E Business

Paul is PowerSkills’ thought leader on e-business and direct marketing initiatives and serves on our advisory board. He participates actively on our client engagement teams with his 25 years of experience in B2B marketing, across a variety of industries.  His guidance on strategy, planning, implementation and coordination on the development of marketing, sales and channel partner portals is invaluable on our engagements requiring collaboration via the web.

Paul was formerly General Manager for the CRM unit of Havas Advertising, a major advertising agency.  His group was charged with creating a next-generation CRM platform serving the agency’s Fortune 1000 clients. Prior, Paul co-founded NetMarquee, an Internet online marketing agency, which was acquired by Havas’ EuroRSCG agency.  NetMarquee was profitable and its revenues doubled each year.  Its principle business was helping technology firms market to small business clients via e-mail and dynamic, content-driven Web sites.  Clients included Symantec, Sprint and Lexmark. In the 1980s, Paul also worked for Bolt Beranek & Newman, developer of much of the original technology behind the Internet.  He was responsible for selling wide-area data communications networks.

Paul has an MBA from the Harvard Business School, and graduated magna cum laude with a degree in  Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer.

 

Jacqueline Ganim-DeFalco - Business Development

Jackie has spent nearly twenty years in the information industry for NYNEX and GTE New Media Services. Jacqueline is an International Business Development expert with over 4 years of PowerSkills consulting experience. Her past experience includes work in the Far East as NYNEX's Managing Director, and also in Asia/Pacific and Europe. She presently offers business advisory services to established, and emerging, growth companies in efforts to expand market presence and enter into new market opportunities. She is a frequent guest speaker at local universities and business forums and speaks on topics relating to Relationship Management. Jacqueline's background includes a BA from Emory University, and an MBA in International Business and Marketing from New York University.

 

Dave Fowler - Channel Partner Development

Dave is Senior Vice President of Marketing for Pragmatech Software and is a veteran of the software industry, bringing over 30 years of industry and senior management experience in marketing, product management, business development, and sales. Dave is responsible for all aspects of Pragmatech’s Marketing division, leading functional areas such as Corporate Marketing, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Management, and Partnering. Prior to Pragmatech, he rose to the executive ranks at companies such as Groove Networks, KANA/Silknet, Gradient, FTP Software, Chipcom, and Sun Microsystems.
