I'm Jason Masciarelli. I co-founded one of the first global SaaS CRM consulting firms, raised capital from Salesforce Ventures, and spent nearly a decade at Pegasystems leading go-to-market and ventures. Every meaningful step traced back to relationship capital I had built before I needed it.

The methodology comes from my father, Jim Masciarelli, refined across more than 10,000 executive interviews and a lineage of human-connection research that predates today's networking books. I worked alongside him delivering it to enterprise teams in the 1990s. PowerSkills is that body of work, modernized for how professionals build trust now.

Why I went all in

I left an enviable executive role to build this full time, with my inner circle rooting for me before there was a company to point to. The reason is simple. As AI raises the bar on what machines can do, the people who thrive will be the ones others trust, value, and seek out.
